Terms of Service

LeadRank is an email analysis service for real estate professionals. It reads your Gmail emails (in read-only mode), extracts relevant information, and automatically detects business opportunities.

LeadRank does not replace Gmail. It does not send, modify, or delete any email. It is an intelligence layer on top of your inbox.

• Have a Google account with Gmail.
• Authorize read-only access to your email.
• Be at least 14 years old.
• Provide accurate information when registering.

LeadRank offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page.

Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. Prices include VAT where applicable.

One-time analysis purchases (backfill): in addition to subscriptions, LeadRank offers one-time paid analyses of your email history. Each tier defines a time window of recent activity: Starter covers the last 6 months of your email, Professional covers the last 24 months. Within each window, we process as many emails as the window contains, up to a technical safeguard cap (Starter: up to 3,000 emails; Professional: up to 10,000 emails). If your inbox contains fewer emails within the window than the cap, we process all of them and consider the purchase fully delivered.

We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.

4.1. Subscription cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Stripe portal. After cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• Your data will be kept for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your account.
• After 30 days without reactivation, your data will be permanently deleted.

We do not offer refunds for partial periods. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of that month.

4.2. EU right of withdrawal. If you are an individual consumer residing in the European Union, EU Directive 2011/83 (transposed in Spain via Law 3/2014) grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, during which you may request a full refund without cause. This right applies to subscriptions and to one-time analysis purchases, subject to section 4.3.

4.3. Express waiver for immediate digital services. One-time analysis purchases are digital services that begin execution immediately after payment. By confirming your purchase (ticking the dedicated acknowledgment checkbox at checkout), you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

• The service will start executing as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• You waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun execution, to the extent permitted by art. 103(m) of Spanish Law 3/2014.
• Once the analysis has been delivered (state completed in our system), no refund applies based on the 14-day withdrawal right.

If the purchase was completed but the service has not yet begun execution at the moment of your withdrawal request, the 14-day right still applies and a full refund will be issued.

4.4. Requesting a refund. Refund requests (within the scope allowed by 4.2/4.3) may be sent to [email protected]. We process eligible refunds within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Direct resolution preferred. If you are unsatisfied with any charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your bank. Many issues are resolved more quickly and fairly through direct communication.

Access suspension during investigation.If a charge is disputed at your bank or card issuer ("chargeback"), access to the service associated with that charge is suspended from the moment we receive notification of the dispute and until it is finally resolved. This applies both to subscriptions and to one-time analysis purchases.

If the dispute is resolved in your favor ("won"), access is automatically restored, provided the underlying service remains technically available. If the dispute is resolved against you ("lost"), access remains permanently revoked.

Frivolous or abusive disputes. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and to terminate accounts involved in repeated frivolous disputes.

By using LeadRank, you agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes.
• Not attempt to access other users' data.
• Not reverse-engineer the software.
• Not share your login credentials with third parties.
• Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Your content: your email data, contacts, assets, and opportunities belong to you. LeadRank does not claim any ownership rights over your content. You can export your data at any time from settings.

Our software: the software, design, brand, and technology of LeadRank are the property of Yago Mendoza. Use of the service does not grant you any rights over these elements beyond authorized personal use.

LeadRank uses artificial intelligence to analyze your emails and generate classifications, profiles, and opportunities. These classifications are indicative and may contain errors.

You can always correct any data that the system has extracted incorrectly. You should not make important decisions based solely on automated classifications without verifying them.

In the future, LeadRank may offer a cross-matching feature between users: if a buyer in your portfolio matches a property from another agent (or vice versa), both of you will receive a notification. This feature will require your explicit activation and you can disable it at any time. Only structured data (type, location, price) is shared — never your email content.

LeadRank is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available without interruption.
• AI classifications will always be accurate.
• The service will be compatible with all devices or browsers.

We are not responsible for business decisions made based on information provided by LeadRank. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by third parties (Gmail API, infrastructure providers, etc.) or force majeure events.

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not offer availability guarantees (SLA). We may perform maintenance requiring temporary interruptions, with reasonable advance notice when possible.

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms, with prior notification when reasonable. You may cancel your account at any time.

In case of termination, the data retention conditions described in our Privacy Policy will apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
